Folk is a Gothenburg institution based in Olof Palmes Plats right by Järntorget. The theatre has a good sized bar and great vegetarian food. It is also an increasingly popular venue for all sorts of social events including “Drink and Draw”. Be sure to try the natural wines and take the advice of the knowledgeable bar staff. The atmosphere is always welcoming which is perhaps continuing a theme - the name is nod to the statues in the square outside dedicated to the workers in this traditionally socialist part of the city.
